A tribute. Following the passing of Karl Lagerfeld in February 2019, Fendi chose Shanghai to stage its first-ever joint men's and women's runway show — presenting the Fall/Winter 2019-2020 collections at the Powerlong Museum as a celebration of his 54-year creative partnership with the house. Fifteen exclusive looks, created specially for the occasion, were unveiled alongside the main collection. The vast museum space was stripped bare, save for the iconic double F logo Lagerfeld himself designed in 1981 — stamped into the floor like a signature.
